By accessing or using WishThem.in (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
The Service lets you create and share personalized festival greeting links (e.g. ?name=YourName) with animations, music and one-click sharing to third-party platforms. The Service is provided free of charge, requires no account or signup, and does not use a database — greeting links are generated on the fly from the name you provide.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to submit names or content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or that infringes the rights of others. We reserve the right to filter or reject input that does not meet basic safety requirements (see our Privacy Policy for how submitted names are handled).
4. Third-Party Links and Sharing
The Service integrates share buttons for third-party platforms (WhatsApp, Facebook, Telegram, Twitter/X, SMS, Email). Once you share a link through one of these platforms, that platform's own terms and privacy policy govern how your shared content is handled. We are not responsible for the practices of these third-party platforms.
5. Advertising
The Service can display optional Google AdSense advertising when configured and permitted by the consent integration. Legacy Monetag formats are disabled in this version. Advertising partners may use cookies and similar technologies. Our Privacy Policy explains data practices and available choices.
Affiliate recommendations and editorial guides
Some links may earn a commission from qualifying purchases through Amazon India, Ferns N Petals, Winni or future approved merchants. Shopping is optional and does not affect access to greetings. Recommendations are general editorial category ideas, not a guarantee of suitability or a claim of personal product testing. 6. No Warranty
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted availability.
