The Service lets you create and share personalized festival greeting links (e.g. ?name=YourName) with animations, music and one-click sharing to third-party platforms. The Service is provided free of charge, requires no account or signup, and does not use a database — greeting links are generated on the fly from the name you provide.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to submit names or content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or that infringes the rights of others. We reserve the right to filter or reject input that does not meet basic safety requirements (see our Privacy Policy for how submitted names are handled).
4. Third-Party Links and Sharing
The Service integrates share buttons for third-party platforms (WhatsApp, Facebook, Telegram, Twitter/X, SMS, Email). Once you share a link through one of these platforms, that platform's own terms and privacy policy govern how your shared content is handled. We are not responsible for the practices of these third-party platforms.
5. Advertising
The Service may display advertising served by third-party advertising networks, including Monetag. These networks may use cookies and similar technologies to serve ads. See our Privacy Policy for details on how advertising data is handled and your choices.
6. No Warranty
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted availability.
